By applying to or participating in the PortfolioTrackr Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before applying. If you do not agree, do not apply or participate in the program.

1. Program Overview

The PortfolioTrackr Affiliate Program (the "Program") allows approved individuals and entities ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to PortfolioTrackr ("we", "us", "the Company"). The Program is operated by PortfolioTrackr and governed by these Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the Program is voluntary. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, and to modify or terminate the Program at any time.

2. Eligibility & Application

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:

You are not required to have a paid PortfolioTrackr subscription to apply. Free and trial users are welcome.

The Company reviews all applications and will notify you of approval or rejection via email within 1–2 business days. Approval is not guaranteed. The Company may reject applications without providing a reason.

You may only hold one affiliate account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions is grounds for permanent termination.

3. Commission Structure

Approved Affiliates earn a 50% recurring commission on every payment made by referred users. This includes:

Commissions are calculated on the net payment received from the referred user, exclusive of any taxes, refunds, or chargebacks. If a referred user receives a discount, the commission is calculated on the discounted amount actually paid.

There is no earnings cap. Commissions are recurring for as long as the referred user remains a paying subscriber. If a referred user cancels and later resubscribes using a different link or without a referral link, the commission relationship may not continue.

The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice to existing Affiliates. Adjustments will not apply retroactively to already-earned commissions.

4. Cookie Window & Attribution

When a visitor clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is set in their browser for 30 days. If they sign up and subscribe to any paid plan within that 30-day window, you earn the commission — even if they navigated away and returned to the site directly.

Attribution is determined by the first-click model using the referral cookie. If a visitor has already been referred by another Affiliate's link, a subsequent click on your link will not override the existing attribution within the same 30-day window.

Referral cookies may be lost if the user clears their browser cookies, uses a different browser or device, or has cookie-blocking software enabled. The Company is not responsible for lost attribution due to these circumstances.

Only referrals resulting in a paid subscription generate commissions. Free trial sign-ups alone do not generate commissions.

5. Payout & Payment Terms

Payouts are processed monthly via international bank transfer using the details provided in your affiliate application. The following rules apply:

Commissions earned through fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or any violation of these Terms will be reversed and forfeited. Payout requests based on such commissions will be denied.

The Company reserves the right to delay a payout if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

6. Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all pending commissions:

The Company reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these prohibitions at its sole discretion.

7. Content & Brand Guidelines

You may use the PortfolioTrackr name, logo, and screenshots in your promotional content, subject to the following:

The Company may request that you remove or modify content at any time. Failure to comply within 48 hours of a removal request may result in account termination.

8. Referral Code & Link Usage

Upon approval, you are assigned a unique referral code of your choosing (subject to availability and the Company's approval). Your referral link takes the format: portfoliotrackr.com?ref=YOURCODE.

You may not transfer, sell, or assign your referral code or affiliate account to another person or entity without prior written consent from the Company.

The Company reserves the right to change your referral code if it conflicts with another affiliate's code, contains trademarked terms, or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Program Changes & Termination

By the Company: The Company may modify these Terms, the commission structure, the payout threshold, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Affiliates at least 30 days before taking effect (except where changes are required for legal or security reasons). Continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

The Company may terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. If terminated without cause, any eligible commissions (cleared of the 30-day hold) that have not yet been paid will be paid out in the next monthly cycle.

If terminated for cause (e.g., fraud, violation of these Terms), all pending and unpaid commissions are forfeited.

By the Affiliate: You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us at the address below. Commissions already earned and past the 30-day hold period will be paid out in the next monthly cycle. Commissions still within the hold period will be forfeited upon voluntary termination.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The Program is provided "as is". The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding commission amounts, conversion rates, or the continued availability of the Program.

The Company is not responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to any Affiliate arising from or related to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Program shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the Company's principal place of business.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
