PortfolioTrackr is a personal investment portfolio tracking tool. The Service allows users to:
The Service is provided for personal portfolio tracking purposes only and does not constitute financial advice of any kind.
The portfolio sharing feature generates a unique, non-guessable URL that makes your selected portfolio data visible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for the decision to share your portfolio and for revoking access when desired. PortfolioTrackr does not index, publish, or distribute your shared portfolio link.
To use the Service you must register with a valid email address and verify your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to portfolio tracking features. No payment details are required to start a trial.
After your free trial ends, continued use of premium features requires a paid subscription. We offer the following plans:
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Price data is provided for tracking purposes and may be delayed or inaccurate. You should not make investment decisions based solely on data shown in the Service.
We are not responsible for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made as a result of using the Service. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service: your name, email address, portfolio positions, trade history, and notification preferences.
By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of information as described above.
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, all your data including portfolio positions, trades, and notification preferences will be permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. In such cases no refund will be issued.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortfolioTrackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
