Div / share is ONE upcoming payment, not the annual total. A date marked PROJECTED is estimated from the company's payment rhythm (its last ex-date plus its usual cycle) and is not yet declared; all dates come from live market data and companies can change them, confirm with the company's investor page before acting on a date.
What the ex-dividend date actually means
The ex-dividend date is set by the exchange, one business day before the record date. On the morning a stock goes ex-dividend, its price typically opens lower by roughly the payment amount, the dividend has left the share and is on its way to whoever held yesterday. Buying the day before the ex-date just to collect the payment rarely gains anything for exactly that reason.
PortfolioTrackr tracks your dividends automatically, each holding's payment per share, the projected annual income across your whole portfolio, and a calendar of what is coming, so you never reverse-engineer this table for your own positions by hand.

What is an ex-dividend date?
The first day a stock trades WITHOUT its next dividend. Own the stock before this date and the payment is yours; buy on or after it and the payment goes to the seller.
When do I have to buy a stock to get the dividend?
Before the ex-dividend date, owning it at the close of the prior trading day is what counts.
How often is this list updated?
Weekly, from live market data. Companies can move dates, so confirm with the company before acting on one.
